GENERAL RETURN POLICY

All merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted (do not adhere labels to retail packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns less than 30 days. A restocking fee of 40% will be applied to all returns between 31 and 60 days. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days. We will replace or repair defective items based on the manufacturer’s policy. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
